the staff was very friendly and helpful.. the value for money exceeded my expectations. the deal was nice, comfortable, and minimal. i would gladly stay there again and recommend this hotel.
the air con controls were broken, so i couldn't adjust the temperature or turn it off.

The hotel's location is SUPER convenient, especially if you need to be near the train station! I found a friendly lady at reception who was very helpful. There is on-site parking which is a HUGE plus!

customer service here Is NOT great! i waited At check in for around thirty minutes. nobody was AT the check in desk initially. i still waited an Extra twenty minutes AFTER i spoke TO a staff member BY phone.

The bus stop is located very close. Friendly people helped me. I had a good stay. The breakfast had a decent full English.
